Reimagine the ground floor hospitality space to create a unique proposition across all day parts looking after the needs of the hotel guests whilst attracting the London community too. In addition
to increasing F&B revenue, the owners were keen to become a neighbourhood sensation that showcased a lively and slick offer that gained traction through the day ramping up to another level in the evenings.

A stand out menu showcasing a collection of dishes inspired by the Orient, paired with quality local produce from the land, sea and earth. This menu pays subtle homage to our British roots in colonial Asia, and our need to travel and explore the world.
The menu focus’s on the simplicity of great produce cooked with imagination and flair, producing modern day classics from the melting pot of global cuisine.
